CO2 pressure low
Change the CO2 cylinder.

CO2 cylinder empty
Change the CO2 cylinder.

CO2 cylinder valve closed
Open the CO2 cylinder valve.

Drink too warm
Clean or clear refrigeration grills/switch the unit ‘ON’.

My Drinks Are Foaming Excessively

Dirty Nozzle/Diffuser
Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser.

Drinks too warm
Clean or clear refrigeration grills/switch the unit ‘ON’.

My Drinks Taste Too Weak or Too Strong

CO2 pressure too low
Change the CO2 cylinder.

Dispensed valve out of adjustment

Dirty nozzle
Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser.

Wrong flavour connected to syrup line
Connect syrup line to correct flavour and open valve until rectified.

No Syrup Is Being Dispensed, Only Carbonated Water

Empty Bag-In-Box
Replace empty Bag-In-Box with a fresh Bag-In-Box of the same flavour.

Line obstruction
Free lines of any restriction.

Faulty change-over valve (where fitted)
Manually switch change-over valve to full Bag-In-Box.

CO2 cylinder valve
Open the CO2 cylinder valve.

Change the CO2 cylinder.

Open mains water stop cock.

Follow reset instruction located on the cooler or carbonator.

Refrigeration unit not working
Check main power supply, switch ‘ON’ power to the refrigeration unit.

Insufficient airflow through condenser (dirty grill)
Clean cooler/condenser grill.

Grill obstruction
Remove any objects blocking air into or out of the refrigeration unit.
